Shipping

Please allow for up to 5 business days to process your order and 3-4 weeks for pre-orders (unless otherwise stated). We’ll try to get it out as soon as possible, but are still working through fine tuning our fulfillment processes.

Domestic

We offer free shipping for orders $250 and over within the US. For orders under $250, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

International

Rates for orders sent outside the US are based on the weight and dimensions of your order and your destination country. Any duties, taxes and fees incurred by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

If you are not happy with the item you ordered, please email us at support@nighcollective.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll try our best to work out a solution with you.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable and any shipping costs related to the return will be deducted from the refund.
